Season steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder

Transfer steak to heavy-duty zip bag and seal using the immersion method

Submerge underwater and cook for 2 hours

Once done, take a skillet and place it over medium-high heat, let it heat up

Add 1 teaspoon canola oil, add spinach and toss well

Pour bag juices and cook for 5 minutes

Transfer to a serving platter, slice steak against the grain into 4 pieces

Transfer to platter with spinach and serve
